Kentucky Fried Chicken is not one of the places that I would normally go eat on a Saturday night. About two weeks ago Christopher and I did just that. It was kind of like a field trip. I have heard all of the nonsensical arguments about how if we socialize health care we will have to wait in long lines, that we won't get proper health care and that it will raise taxes.

Wake up!!

We already do all of these things and still don't get the proper care we need.

On Saturday I went to see the Renoir exhibit downtown very early. I got home at 2pm and we received a monkey from Brian & Melanie in NZ.  The monkey has stretchy arms and pockets in the hand so that you can fling it across the room.  While it is flying across the room it does a monkey noise thing that is really loud. Thanksgiving we went to my parents house. It was nice and peaceful Clare, Patrick, my Great Aunt Joan, Chris's parents and his brother Dave were there. We had a great feast for dinner and great conversation all evening. It was probably one of the best holiday's I can remember my family ever having!

Thanksgiving Eve we went to Shampoo and met up with some friends saw some people we haven't seen in awhile. I have not been there in almost two years so it was a strange experience. Last week was jam packed with gatherings fun and birthdays. Monday was Patrick’s birthday so I went over to my parent’s for dinner and cake. Wednesday was Halloween so right after work my dad and I went to pick up Hannah and took her to see my grandparents and then back to my parents street to trick or treat.
