Apparently at 1:28PM today there was a fricking EARTHQUAKE in Michigan...5.5 baby!

...the hell??

I didn't feel it, but it lasted 3 1/2 minutes. Shows how observant I am, eh?

I didn't feel it, either. Neither did my friends or the boyfriend-type downriver. Michiganders are SO observant.

My mom and sister are in Troy - probably about 5 miles from my work and they felt it.

One of my co-workers did too.

There's a map showing everyone who has responded that they felt it and where they are located. Novi, Grosse Pointe, Detroit...ALL over the place.

We're lame.

I'm in the Snores... er, Shores, friends are in Allen Park and Southgate, boyfriend is in New Boston. Apparently it's the twenty-somethings that aren't too observant. Also, I'd like to make it clear that referring to myself as a twenty-something is still quite odd.
