Heyy okay want an update of the week here we go
-sprained my ankle first day of try-outs and didnt want to complain so i didnt tell n e one and just kept going
-because of it i couldnt run or do my push-ups
-because of the i lost 10 points
-i couldnt do the roll in the dance which slowed me down so i rushed and screwed up at the end
-got put on Jr
