Darn cold

    I've been waking up about 5:30 every day.  I want to stay up until 10 or 11 most nights (even later if I'm at some events) and still get 8 hours of sleep, so I've been trying to sleep later, but with no success.  (My friend julie says that when she is happy and energized, her body just wants to wake up earlier, and I guess that's probably what ( Read more... )

Fluids,lots of rest, if you are a chicken noodle soup type-its very helpful, if not veggie soup/broth might be of help. If your stomach starts getting weird-peppermint is a huge help. The echinaceas that you are already takin in with the lemon and honey are giant bonuses and don't forget your plain water. You may also find a steamy bath with eucalyptus oil very helpful.

Someone told me to leave the honey out of my tea when I'm sick since the bugs like sugar. I took them at their word and never researched the subject so just a thought. Feel better. *hugs*
