LONG update

Results from my knee stuff: Lateral Patellar Syndrome, if that's the correct term. Basically means that my knee-cap moves up & to the outside of my body as I walk/move instead of just straight up. No surgery needed, just physical therapy 3x/week til the end of July to strengthen my muscles & prevent re-injury or surgery ( Read more... )

How has the physical therapy been going? Will your knee cap get better with this, or do you think you might have to get surgery later?

& about Rachel - I think if you two really were best friends, it wouldn't hurt to try sending her an e-mail. Maybe she feels the same way but is too head-strong to do it herself. People always say how living with your best friend is a bad idea - maybe that's the only thing that went wrong with you two. Hopefully you can both put that time behind you, and get back to the friendship you had before. If not, at least you know you tried.
