You Are A Chestnut Tree

You are a born diplomat with a well developed sense of justice.

And even though you're impressive and intimidating, you're also fun to be around.

You can be irritated easily, and you sometimes act superior.

Nevertheless, you are sensitive of others feelings and very loyal.

Sometimes you feel misunderstood and are fiercely close to those who know you best.

In other news, I spent Sunday night stripping the wallpaper from the boys' bathroom. Now I have to get the backing paper, the stuff with the glue, off. Shouldn't be too hard. But, that's just the beginning of the project. I've got to prime the walls, paint the cabinet/vanity, re-texture the walls, paint the walls, install the beaded board and new baseboards and have the floor re-tiled. Damn, I'm worn out just thinking about it! I'll focus on one thing at a time. Job 1: get the paper off.

I need to post a review of all the CDs I've gotten lately. I've been bombarded with new music since I goined BMG. Just from there, I've gotten 17 new CDs and a few I've snuck into the bill at Target. *wicked grin* I got 5 free downloads when I upgraded my McAfee programs. Unfortunately, they are formatted so they can't be converted to ACC and added to itunes. Freaking Microsoft.

I finished A Prayer for Owen Meany. It was a good book, but not one in my top ten. If every person I mentioned it to hadn't said, "OMG I LOVE THAT BOOK" i wouldn't have finished it. I'm glad I did, but I'm ready for something...else.

Mr. Charm and I have two weddings to go to on Saturday. I don't want to go to either. I have nothing to wear and I just don't feel like bullshitting with a bunch of people I see rarely (if ever). Heh, maybe I'll just get drunk. Then the bullshit will flow whether I want it to or not.

Let's see...good news, good news...nothing. Nothing I can think of, anyway. We had Easter here at my house which was fun. I made Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce for dessert. OMG! It was awesome! It was quite a feat to get Mr. Charm to not eat it the night before.
