*laughs at 'loobies'* Too cute.

Lissa called them 'brows' for some reason. It was great, though, when she commented on breasts in public--mommy, that ladie's brows are huge! No one else knew what she was talking about.

Lost in a Good Book is the second book in a series of 4, starring Thursday Next, by Jasper Fforde. Start with The Eyre Affair if you can.

I don't understand why people have difficulty with replacing toilet papers on the roll either... I discovered that many people have difficulty with this after sharing a dorm with 5 other girls-- girls!-- who apparently have just as much trouble getting a new roll of toilet paper as men do.

Loobies? That's too cute...

Woo hoo! I'm so happy that you're reading and enjoying Thursday Next. Jasper Fforde has such a way with language and names, and he's a genuinely nice and funny person. And as for Schitt-Hawse... he's just the tip of the iceberg. Check out Jasper's Website for more.

I lurve Jasper Fforde! I recommend reading Eyre Affair first, but I wouldn't worry about rereading Jane Eyre, because then you'll feel like you need to read Chuzzlewit to understand Lost in a Good book.... you don't want that, seriously. Have fun! I can't wait for Something Rotten to come out in paperback so I can finally read it. :)

I LOVED Jane Eyre when we read it in my senior year of high school! It was my favorite piece of Romantic Literature so I definitely hope to read it again somewhere down the line. :)

*giggles at the loobies*
