basically i figure;
- quinn was coherent enough to think logically and to consent.
- quinn remembered the entire thing.
- quinn shows no discomfort around or fear of puck afterwards, or at all in the series.
qed i have trouble calling dubcon even with only the information given onscreen.

i think if it hadn't got her pregnant and if finn never found out it wouldn't have been something she'd regret.
