Day 6 Meal 1:
Omelette with spicy chicken sausage, peppers, and shallots
Half an avocado
Meal 2:
At a barbecue so;
Fruit salad with watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, nectarine, and mango
Spring greens salad with peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives
We're gonna make burgers with compliant ketchup later!!

I've had a headache for seven hours and am in a pretty shitty mood but Kevin made extra delicious dinner. He knows the way to my heart everytime.
Day 4 Meal 3:
Sweet potato hash with garlic and red onion, mild Italian chicken sausage, wilted kale and tomatoes
Half an avocado on top
And then an hour later I ate entire avocado, cause

With a grilled porkchop
And a handful of green grapes
I've drank an oceans worth of water over the last few days

A big handful of compliant nuts (cashews, pecans, and almonds)
Black coffee and water
