Knife Skills Exercise - Fish Fragrant Pork Slivers Take Two

I made this exact dish last week. Unfortunately, I was rather sloppy when slicing up the ingredients as it was quite apparent from the photo. This time, I wanted to do this properly and attempt to slice everything up with care and precision.

The colors aren't dark and it isn't oily! Nice!
I was doing some cutting for my grandma (rare happening unfortunately), and she mentioned my pieces are not uniform, this is an issue for me, especially since I'm super out of practice =P

Yeah, I used a total of 1 teaspoon of oil and reduced the sauce massively until it was almost all gone.

For me, if I try to be speedy, my pieces tend to look pretty ugly too. Haha, cook more!
