My girlfriend and I got new chucks tonight. For me, this was the first pair I've bought myself in like 2 years, which is impressive seeing as I have close to 90 pairs now.

She got the holiday lights pair on top, I got the monochrome black w/ multi-color uppers & neon laces.

We found both pair at Fred Meyer in the Portland, Oregon area.

I went to Portland for work a couple weeks ago. We were supposed to also go to Seattle, but there was a storm coming in, so we (Neil the truck driver and I) ran away from it in a rental car and left the big truck (semi-truck) up here at a service place (Asked for oil change, free storage for 2 weeks ( Read more... )

If you've been to Sunnyvale Fry's, you've seen the big sign on the front of the store with the green stripe going through it. Many people don't know that the stripe actually lights up. Cooler than just lighting up (all on), which I've seen before, is the sign working the way it was designed to work. It seems to be broken most of the time though, ( Read more... )

Super Yummy Nachos from Taco Bell:
Cost: Under $4
Prep time: 2-4 minutes
Serves: 1-2

Aquire:
2 Regular Nachos
1 extra side of nacho cheese
4 sides of regular cheese

Assemble:
Put chips in a bowl
Top with all 3 sides of nacho cheese
Then top with all 4 sides of shredded cheese
Add taco sauce as desired

Enjoy. (I sure did!)
