Wow What a Day

So. Church. Church is good. My church is awesometastic. I had a friend who's an atheist comment that he's skeptical about people needing other people to tell them what to believe, and though, in open-minded(ish) Seattle, if one needs such a crutch that's ok, it's pretty clear that's what he thinks it is, a crutch. But that's not it.
Why Church? )

the 'crutch' argument exhausts me so greatly, it's a trap all its own, leaving me irritable and frustrated and distracted from, well, God.

thanks for posting this, you are really inspiring.

You are a wise,wise woman.
God has a plan for each one of us and he puts us in one anothers lives as we are needed.
The church is NOT a crutch, it is a family unit that feeds, nurtures, comforts, teaches, and uplifts us.
God loves you and so do I!
