what's her shop address?
you can try sending an email to her to threaten her that you will go to the police. usually if you have her name & hp. no. police can contact and locate her. For email im not so sure though.

Maybe give her 2 weeks to reply? Email her every few days?
If she still doesn't, post at a community asking for fellow scammed buyers.
It's better if you guys can lodge a complaint together.
