So the Boy came to see me for his weekend (Thurs to Sat), so i took Friday off and we went for a walk up to a nice pub that sells my favourite cider which is lovely and light. And the sunshine was shining and everything

Did you put sugar in too?

yes I did! I didn't really measure the quantities but now my mint plant is looking less like a triffid/jungle vine and more like a proper herby plant again (I chopped the top off all the long stems)

I don't think we ever measured amounts when we used to make it - I believe the process is 1. make it look right, 2. make it taste right.
