1) Click on your background layer then go to layer > new fill layer > solid color. #F9EDD6 (skintone color).
2) Go back to your base and set mode to Hard Light. Duplicate your base.
3) Change mode of your second base to Normal, 70%. Duplicate again.
4) Change mode of your third base to Screen, leave opacity at 70%.
Now we're going to add 3 selective color layers & 1 color balance layer.

sanami276) over your base. Go to layer > new adjust layer > Gradient Map. (Press D on your keyboard if your color palet isn't black-white.) Press OK twice.
5) Right-click on your gradient map layer and click on 'Merge Down'.
6) Grab your eraser tool, (soft rounded brushed, 64-78 px) and erase the parts to reveal his face and leave the rest out. Set mode to Screen.
7) Paste

sanami276) over your base and set mode to Color Burn. MERGE all layer, duplicate, and set mode to Soft Light.
