omg I haven't touched any cross-stitch projects in *years*. That one looks kinda maddening but not terribly difficult (but omg I hate French knots like burning).
It's really NOT tho! If you look up at the top, you'll notice there are great big wodges of black squares: that's all the same color. And that's what the whole chart is like. Great big long rows of the same color, or smaller rows that all line up when you count them down. When that happens, it's a hell of a lot easier to stitch.
It's when you have one square of one color, right next to one square of a slightly different color, and then yet ANOTHER barely noticeable third color yet again one square...then you're really tearing your hair out by the roots. Because it's impossible to keep count.
