I shouldn't be allowed to do homework on a beautiful day like today, but I am.

I'm rewarding myself after I get finished with my 355 with a book and beautiful sunshine.

It is the weirdest, saddest thing in the world when someone says hi to you on the sidewalk and for a split second you actually wonder if your name is in fact "Jessica Schaffer" because no one ever talks to you when you're going from class to work. Starting Monday morning mad at the week for going slow is probably not the best sign...

It is so hot in this apartment that I am pretty sure in a matter of minutes I am going to spontaneously burst into flames.

Good, long weekend. It was really nice seeing mom's side of the family. My cousin, Jeff, kept some things of my mom's from the old farm house that he's going to get to me somehow and I thought that was really neat.
