I know a lot of you buy and sell on Ebay and all of you at one time or another will need to send or receive a package. I strongly advise that you do NOT use FedEx. FedEx lies and cheats and tries to rip you off by taking your money for services rendered and not doing the service you have paid them to do ( Read more... )

I know. I was at one time considering ONLY using FedEx to ship my stuff. Now I'd eat a maggot before using FedEx. >:(

Awww *hugs* I use my regular post office to mail stuff... The one wth the Eagle symbol? They always get my packages on time and deliver them there when nobody is home.

My neighbors run a mail order business and ship exclusively through fedex (my mother's mail order business goes exclusively through usps and ups).

They've never had a problem that I know of, and actually get a pretty large discount for sending such quantities.

I've had some horrible experiences with usps, and my mother's gotten the runaround from fedex when one of her wholesale accounts *insisted* she ship their signs through fedex.

I think every company has their fuckups.

Yep, every company has their fuckups. When I lived in an apartment complex the USPS would nto even bother to attempt to deliver to our apartment, they would just leave 'sorry we missed you' notes in the mail center, and because our mail carrier frequently wouldn't get to our complex until after six, they would be unable to leave the packages at the now-closed apartment office. Our post office always had a line out the door which I had to wait through in order to pick up the damned packages ( ... )

Already tried calling FedEx and they are about as useful as a bicycle for a fish. I am so angry I just don't even want to be here anymore. I had plans of things to do today and I can't do shit because fucking FedEx can't be more specific about when they plan to deliver our package.

WOw though... Shipping is freakin' expensive and they just return it with that little effort? And make you pay AGAIN?

I don't recall ever using Fed Ex, so I can't say I have any experienced, good or bad with it, but this makes me leary.

Did you get to your shot on time? *hugs*

Yeah. It was no problem, surprisingly enough. We finally got the package at around four thirty. Too late to do the other things I had planned to do today, but there's always tomorrow, I guess...

I'm still very upset with FedEx and won't use them in the future. :\ Though my earlier rage has subsided now that we at least got the stupid package....
