The last semester of high school for most of us, I guess. After several years' history of moving schools and getting separated with close friends every time classes change, I must admit I'm delighted to find a lot of people I know in each of my classes!
And here goes.... my first-day-of-the-semester journal entry.

OMG this class is so boring. I was expecting it to be Discrete all over again, considering we do have quite a few people from last semester's Discrete, but from what I saw in that class today, I doubt it will ever happen. Data seems like pure note-taking. And.. there are so many grade 11s! (I always thought Data was a grade 12 course...*sigh*) Plus it's sad that the girl I sit next to won't even look at me, let alone speak. Hopefully I will get to know the people someday..

The list of names is pretty much self-explanatory. This is the real "discrete-all-over-again" class! So far we've been reviewing grade 11 stuff, which makes me dumb because I can't remember a thing. Other than that, JLee got shafted on his first day back to school.

English looks pretty good. Porretta was complaining that he didn't want to learn about postmodernism, but it doesn't really matter to me because I don't know a thing anyways. It just so happens that the whole DECA QuizBowl team is in my class, and I sit behind them! I've barely talked to half the class, but even so I have a feeling this class is going to be fun.

THE ULTIMATE CALCULUS CLASS. It's a pity I'm sitting at the back left corner; I usually prefer sitting in the middle in math classes because that's where I can have the most fun. Other than that, things look good so far. It's only been one day but I love the way Mr. Cuddemi teaches! (and I got a new book :P)
I am just too lazy to type more than a few lines for each course, not that I even have much to say, since it's only the first day of school. It's going to be a tough semester, but I'm hoping it's going to be tons of fun too!
The Small Print: And I forgot to mention, I have two classes each with a bunch of people, and THREE classes with Jeremy.
