I hate wall paper.

So as some of you may have seen, Crystal and I are painting our bedroom on Sunday since the bedroom had a granny type border on the walls.  Well, our house also has a nifty foyer.  Said foyer also had some crappy wall paper on half of one wall.  We decided to paint that too since we wanted to take off the crappy wallpaper.  Taking off the border in

Sheetrock is basically gypsum packed between two pieces of paper, so technically, the outer structural surface of every wall and ceiling in your house is probably paper. So your preference is that the paper stay underneath the paint, not the other way around-I think I agree.

BTW, I would come help you paint Sunday except I already had plans. But if you need help some other time, I might be willing.

Wallpaper is just generally a disaster; if you even think of putting some up, do yourself a favor and hit yourself on the head with a hammer. You'll have the experience of wallpaper in a fraction of the time, and will have saved your walls.
