who knew that space age technology could come in so handy in the kitchen... today i used a machine called the Paco Jet that was originally marketed to the space program as a way to prepare food in space.. it failed but has been embraced by some more progressive chef's in the industry.. it is a great way to make spice mixes and sorbets.
