Hi sorry I've been back for about two days but I've been busy cleaning the kitchen at the Inn. The replacement Chef was a mess. This doesn't help me to want to ever go away again. Disney World was great. I've brought a little something back for just about everyone. Well I have a whole lot more cleaning to do so I gotta go byes.

Wow I am at the Holtel and I thought I should let everyone know how the vaction is goign we are both doing fine. I love this place. We are getting alot accomplished. Ah it was great to cook for all those people and to be able to see them enjoy it. The turkey came out good and the sweet potatoes were not too sweet and Jackson helped me with everything. Jackson and I are goign on a trip! We are going to go on friday after Thanksgiving. I want to have Thanksgiving at the Inn. I thought that would be a nice town Holiday?! Ah huh sure where do I get a nice quiet evening at I have a mess in th kitchen and a husband to feed. Lala I don't feel like moving because we still did not work a kid thing out. I am making fresh bread and spagetti with meat balls. I really need to get going to oven is going off!

Well I made a whole bunch of food for the party. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Im glad that Lorelai and Rory are back I missed them so much. And I was left in charge of the Inn. Wow I felt honored! Well Im still trying to redecorate my house but nothing fitd the both of us yet. Well must go and bake!

There's going to be a holloween celebration and I am testing what I should make for the little party that the Inn is going to have. So I madea whole bunch of things like brownies with ghosts on them and cookies with bats. I dunno what I should make I need someone to come and test my food. Cooking in Lorelai's kitchen was very different from my own but it was very very nice to have a change to the evironment. I also feel so bad for that kitchen it doesn't get too much attention. I told Lorelai that i could help her get stared if she needs me to.

Wow I didnt know that Jackson likes modern art. I should have just decorated the house in modern art pieces. I knew he liked artists I mean I am one. He loves my art {food}. Wow Rory is taking a big leap and going to Harvard.

I made these awsome Steaks last night. They came out so good. I put a little of this and a lot of that. I can only say that because I am a chef and a chef never tells their secrets. Sorry, its a rule that I have. I didn't get to see how anyone liked it because I was tired and didn't stay to eat with everyone. I thought they turned out ok.
