I can officially sympathize. I've considered moving into a room at my family's in WNY and storing my junk for a couple of months to save up for a down payment ($910 rent each month + utilities + Comcast + apt. insurance + security deposit + etc.) - especially with a tax refund coming for 2009 and a rebate coming for buying the home.

Sadly most of it went to pay down and get the debt gone. I'll be able to get a bit saved up but not enough.
