I think you watch Meet the Press for entertainment purposes only. You’re not a politician, & the closest thing you do to protesting is this blog. (That I know of) Therefore the only thing YOU can do to change the world politically is vote. I would say that you’ve already established that you will continue to vote Democrat. So explain again how the act of YOU watching Tim Russert has any effect on politics? I suggest you run for Mayor or something. Seriously, how cool would that be!

I cant be dennis miller, I'm funny. That aside, I think the whole point of my post is that people like me watch this stuff despite the fact that all we can do to change things is vote or write about it. I have never said to myself, I bet if those politicians jsut listened to me and did what I said the war would be over. What I do say all the time is that most solutions to the major problems require actions that are far from politcally acceptable and it would take someone who didnt care about getting reelected to fix things.
