first day of an actual kitchen class! Culinary Skills 4 Bakers...today we watched Chef Klug make white chicken stock, and do prep for a brown veal stock we're making tomorrow. it was kind of boring today, because the only hands-on thing we did was chop a couple carrots, onions, and celery for the mirepoix. but tomorrow, we're making onion soup ( Read more... )
