So here I am again making a go at this whole posting thing. So to sum up the last ugh year and a half: quit job found new job quit new job and now looking for next new job. There quick and dirty. I have discovered that being a full time chef leaves very little in the way of time for anything else. Furthermore being a chef makes me like cooking ( Read more... )

it's been 12 years since I burnt myself out cooking short order for a living. I still really don't want to cook all that much. Sometimes, microwaves are even too much trouble at this point. Once in a great while though...
