You used to crack me up with some of the stuff they pulled ;P Glad the job has exceeded your expectations too, and I think its about time that you actually like being at this place and are relatively happy, instead of someplace that that refused to acknowledge your talents and you were miserable. I'll watch for you on the Food Network, and maybe you'll get to mess with what's her face, Jill?, or Mark ;D

Hehe... Oh how I missed the Dunces. :-) I actually spoke to the executive chef of the Marriott (Dumb Ass Dunce) when I got this job and told him what I was doing with creating a menu and starting breakfast in a place that's been around for 25 years but has never served anything other than Pizza and Subs and he asked me if I was crazy

i was just thinking about you the other day, wondering how things were going with the new job and all. glad to hear that its going well. and hey, youre going to find dunces everywhere you go. might as well laugh at them with friends than let them get to you.

so, what made it to the menu? just so i know what i want to order when i make it out that way. (may not be soon but then you never know...)

Seems as though nearly everything I had on the sample menu I gave him made it to the final copy... I never intended to have such an expansive menu but it seems to be working out rather well
