Hm. That would be reason enough for going, if nothing else.
I doubt our... "host" will, though. Too many of us would like a try at his neck, and he knows it. Or she, I suppose. I can't imagine them taking that sort of risk unnecessarily, especially considering how reclusive they have been thus far.
After being denied all but the barest comforts for so long, there is nothing wrong with wishing for a few niceties. I'd rather enjoy some different clothes myself.
Perhaps we might find an old wardrobe, or something along those lines?
I suppose you have a point. But no point complaining about it when everyone is suffering the same way.
That would be quite a blessing. Even some good, stout Two Rivers wool clothes would be nice about now, after so long with so limited a clothing selection. I wouldn't put it past the house to procure something of that nature.
It would be my pleasure. I fear I'm not entirely certain what you mean by "western" dancing, but I think that since everyone comes from such different places, we'll all be learning a few new kinds of dancing at this ball. So don't worry about it.
That is rather likely... Your wit is definitely quicker than mine, for the possibility had not yet crossed my thoughts. But whether the ball happens or not, if there is a storm coming there isn't much we can do to stop it, so we might as well enjoy what calm weather we have now.

Though I feel slightly worried about the ball...I feel like this ball would be a prelude for the next storm in this house.
