Goodbye Grammy ....

My Grandmother passed away last night .....
She got sick about two weeks ago.
And so quickly she was taken away.

I've never lost a grandparent before. This all new to me.
I've had all four up until yesterday.  I'm still trying to take it all in.
Dont think it will sink in much till I get home tomorrow.

It's so hard to actually think about losing someone - like seriously think about it - until it's so near to happening you can sense it or until it actually happens. I'm glad that everyone is helping you to deal with it, and I'm glad I can tell you are really not falling apart, like most would.

Seriously, just remind yourself of what you just said: "I know she lived a long and happy life." We all wish for this, and some don't get it, and that's so wonderful that she did!

Well, with that said, I'll have to mention that I love that song by James Talor. With all the listening I do to Delilah, I sure know that song, haha. And everytime I hear it I can get emotional... could be the fact that I'm a girl, but still... lol... Ok, well...
