Loved the idea that Dean and Cas first got together in his dreams and then were so casual about it when Cas showed up in the flesh. Poor Sam going all O_O at them being so casual about the kiss, hehehe....

Good that Sam is now with the program and not so much "Go and live the apple-pie life with Lisa" like he was in canon. It's Cas and not Lisa, Sam! ;)
