I'm skeptical of an Esquire list of style. Moreover, I'm also skeptical of some aspects of American Style. For instance the "the biker jacket, blue jeans, the sweatshirt, the baseball cap" are cited as pure American Style yet there is no addendum suggesting that all four should not be worn together on 99.9% of men. As for the hair issue I wore la Cresta and while some may believe it is a named style I contend that it's Spanish and were talking about a people who don't have a name for the mullet.
