It's been exactly 2 hours and 12 minutes since that man had the audacity to walk into my house and tell me that he is not going to pay child support for Michael UNLESS he gets to take him to GA every holiday and 4 weeks over the summer. I think not. I am so frustrated and pissed off right now, I could put my head through the wall

What Michael's father seems to forget is that the law does not give him the latitude to decide when he will or will not pay child support.

You need to take this up with the court. You will have to let him see Michael every other holiday, and 2 weeks in the summer. What he's asking for his his and your time, both.

Well I meet with my lawyer on Friday to talk about what I can do. I'm done with him and his crap, so we'll see what happens I guess.

Next time he comes by, point behind him, shout real loud, and then when he looks, grab his night stick and bludgeon him over the head with it.

It makes me physically sick to see him. I hate it! I'm glad Michael was at school, I really didn't need to do all that explaining today. How was your trip to tx?! Good?

as far as I know, custody is determined on a case to case basis, so he doesn't have to EVER see Michael. Personally, I don't think he deserves to see him at all, but knowing how Michael loves his dad, it will probably have to happen at some point, even though Rob has no resemblence to a dad whatsoever

Well, no he doesn't deserve it, and in time if he continues to be the way he is, and Michael does have him in his life, then he will learn soon enough for himself. karma is a real pain in the ass.
