You can go with me one day and "try it out free" after that it is like $29 month with a one year contract plus an enrollment fee - I had a gift certificate that paid for mine so not sure how much that is -

I am enjoying it so far - and it is quick and they teach you how to use the equipment. 3 days a week - 30 minutes a day... but it doesn't make me as sore as moving!!
