Well, I called him when I got home because I promised I would.  Just to let him know that I got home ok and all.  He didn't seem that concerned with my well-being, just when I was coming back.  I told him I couldn't take any vacation time soon.  Then he said he'll come here.  I told him I still can't take vacation time.  He said I didn't need to.
