But, I guess that's the way it goes...I get paid well ( Read more... )

I think you probably want it to be by yourself (i.e. in a 'booth') so I am going to recommend Mystic Tan. The one place that I know that does it, is Body Rays Tanning on Cornwall (just over the Burrard Bridge.) If you go to www.mystictan.com you can find other locations in the Greater Vancouver area. A tanning parlour on my street (I'm not sure of the name, it's on Davie between Bute and Jervis) does the Hollywood Tan, which I understand is similar to Mystic Tan. Each session is about $40, if you buy a package it can work out a bit cheaper. Just be sure to exfoliate prior to going, moisturize for a few days prior (but don't moisturize day of, go with freshly cleansed skin - and not cleansed with soap, just water ( ... )

The "booth" type tans will make your dark parts darker. If you want to even out "farmer's tan" areas your best bet is to have a technician do it for you...they can adjust the spray to be darker/lighter depending on what area they are spraying.
