on this list was acts of lewd sexual behaviours deemed obscene by the man

It was named after the lawyer who put it together

And to be fair to the man, he was actually a defense lawyer for many prominent porn industry figures...the list was a guideline of things to avoid in porn if one wanted to avoid prosecution, as opposed to a list of his personal views.
