panic attacks

i should never have watched the sopranos last night where everyone was passing out from panic attacks. now im scared of passing out from a panic attack and when i obsess over it i cant breathe and then i actually feel like im going to pass out. ok i think they invented SRIs for a reason and maybe i should go back on one. thats it y'all.

I love that what scares you about the sopranos is not all the relentless shooting of faces and thumb cutting - but the fainting. We are so oddly similar.
