I am very disapointed in Nelly Furtado. I just watched her perform on So you think you can dance and I can see right through her new, shiny persona. She was so much cooler when i saw her in grade 11 at the Phoenix. But that song with Timbaland is so sexy. She is not like a bird anymore, more like a snake.

lichtwoman - i couldn't have said it better myself. I find myself deeply concerned/invested and perplexed by the (d)evolution of Mz. Futato. In fact I would even go so far as to say that I am more disturbed by Nelly than I am by TOmKat. Really, what is going on with nelly? I feel like something pivotally warped must have happened to her to prompt this sudden bizarre transformation. HOw is it that the former ms. "I am a feminist" is now spouting out barbie rhetoric ("27 is the best year to be sexy!")everytime she's being interviewed? SOmeone needs to take a blow-dryer to her new plastic image - it needs to burn and melt.
