dear flist: apparently reverse big bangs are a thing. or at least they're a thing in other fandoms. this greatly greatly interests me as an artist. the thing is, i would love to run and/or help run one, but i don't really know if there's a fanartist market in non-japanese-speaking fandom

and that's a genius idea. obviously arashi fandom and news fandom have a lot of artwork to work with, and i'm sure there's plenty of art-type stuff in the other groups. if i end up going ahead with this, i'll keep that in mind!

Anyway, after my experience with Inez's lovely Nino Exchange, I'm totally up for doing fan things like this. That aside, I'm also willing to work as an artist and a writer if that helps. Though I suppose there are an abundance of writers out there as well, so... Art! (I really just want a kick in the pants to do some art again, I've been so lazy lately.)

Anyway, if you go for it, I'm totally up for it~

see, that's my problem. :( i can only think of a few fanartists who would be comfortable with being the first part of the big bang challenge instead of being the one to work with an already-written fic. i really like the idea of changing things up a bit, but i'm afraid not enough people would sign up.

(ahahaha aw ♥ though a comment from ohno would probably have most of the same substance to it!)

It's a shame people are like that too, because I think it really is a great idea. For me, I'd say try it and advertise the hell out of it. You can never go wrong with a trial run.
