Things popping into my head:
..My throat is itchy. Oh yeah, I've said that.
..I've been trying to blow my nose but nothing's coming out. No uhog, no kulangot. Bah. Plainly stuffed with I don't know what. Bah.
..I feel bad for missing my high school reunion. I really wanted to see my batchmates but unfortunately, we were in Davao for work. Sayang. I was really so excited for it.
..I just skimmed through Cathy's blog and I'm really proud that she was a contestant in the HK Shopper of the Year thingie with her boyfriend, Nico. (I meant to join the contest but I couldn't find a photo of me that looked like I'm a manic shopper, hehe.) Cathy's so fit for the task.
..Speaking of Cathy, I just remembered Celine. I wonder if she's back from Sweden. I texted her yesterday but she didn't reply. Oh well.
..Speaking of texting, I thinkI suck at keeping in touch with friends. I've been faced with that realization quite a lot in this lifetime. Frankly, I'm fine with me being that way. I think.
..I just gained 6lbs. Insert 'Yo Momma Was So Fat..' jokes here.
..I need to get a haircut. Hay. Fine, I won't give in and bear the growing out stage. Pweh.
..I don't think I'll ever climb a mountain again. Don't get me wrong, I have a huge heart for the environment (I believe it should be in everyone to care about nature, it's our freaking backyard for crying out loud, let's not shit on it) but climbing mountains, just isn't for me. The going up part is fine but once I've reached the peak or the site or whatever, I fervently pray that I could just close my eyes and wake up on the base or on flat ground or no, better yet, in the mall. Haha.
..During one of our camping nights in this past Davao exped, there was this inevitable random survey type of discussion. Describe your funeral What's your wedding dress When was your earliest heartbreak blah blah. Deng and I didn't partake much in those conversations due to, well, wala lang. Weren't up to answering What you like in a boy/girl batch of queries. But on the last night, we threw in some questions from inside our tent and answered a few. One of the questions popped was given that the gods are on your side, who girl would you sleep with? Now I know it's not that incriminating or unique of a pregunta but I don't know, I just have never thought of it -- as a girl, who girl would I sleep with? Who would I?! Haha! Ang saya! The answers of the boys were funny. Magic, this Aiesec guy from Poland, said he'd sleep with Harrison Ford. Labo. Pero parang I wasn't surprised at all that that was his answer. Jukka, the eldest of the group, kidded that he'd sleep with Martin Nievera. Hahahahahaha. Hilarious.
The girls had a unanimous answer -- Angelina Jolie. Hah. Easy answer. :) Funny pa, everyone gave her name so quickly. Deng and I had an addition to our list though, FRIGGIN' ALEX FROM THE OC SEASON 2! Remembering her was like a eureka moment. Really! Sorry to sound like a lesbian -- a manic lesbian at that -- but hell freaking yea I so would sleep with her! Not that she's physically sexy or anything, she's just.. I don't know. Hot HOT HOT. In her own right. To think that I'm not into this type of sexual thing, I actually consider her hornifying so yea, I'd sleep with her. :p For the list of celebrity guys we'd sleep with, hmm, that's a whole different post. Kidding, hehe. Seriously though, no name came up striking enough for me to remember. The usual. Jonathan Brandis. Brad Renfro. Jonathan Taylor Thomas. Edward Furlong. Just kidding hahahahha ang babakla. Kung sila din lang, notenks, I'll get back to my so-called virginal, asexual lifestyle, thank you very much but no. Hehe. :)
..I'm really excited to see our work played on the big screen. Yii! :) We're making PSAs for Philippine Eagle Foundation and they'll be shown in the Moonrise Filmfest this August.
..Karsones will be joining its first bazaar this September. It will be at Forbes, I think. We'll be sharing the booth with Farah's foie gras. Homeworkers Inc., reprezentt!
..I've been having hallucinations for two night straight now. The first night was more fun because Deng had them as well. She woke me up in the middle of the night telling me she now knows how I feel. Haha. She saw a hand floating mid-air and tried to touch it. Then I looked at the Beatles poster and there they were again, popping out and dancing. The dwarves weren't there though. Woohoo! Anti-malaria meds at work!
..Just finished 24 Season 4. Hate to compare but I like the previous seasons more. My favorite scene for this season though is when some girl (I don't know her name, I don't think it was ever said in the eps) put lipstick on before killing her friends in the other room. Sick I know, but sexy. Femme fatale.
