I have a hard time putting on my headphones while someone is talking to me as I am sometimes hyper-concious of how rude I am when travelling due to the whole "New Yorkers are rude" thing.

I put my headphones on the second I get on a plane and don't talk to anyone unless it's to say CAN I HAVE WATER PLEASE or EXCUSE ME SEAT-BUDDY I HAVE TO GO USE THE LAVATORY
