I agree with everything you've said, but I would also like to say that I do understand why people would be upset. I certainly was with Frank and the NZ & Aus tour, but you're right, it didn't lessen the experience. I've seen all five play, but the Big Top show is still my FAVOURITE time seeing them even though Frank wasn't there.

I guess what I'm saying is that I don't begrudge people feeling upset, but be understanding and realistic too, please.

Thank you for taking the time to read such a loooog post. I am glad that someone out there feels the same way - its disappointing to constantly read the crap, I am beginning to think we are in the minority. Thats why I posted.

The arguments are fucked (3 and 4 especially) and illogical and teenie - trust the nerd to try to bring it into focus! LOL.

The BDO tour has been the highlight of my gigging life. The Big top too is my fave one - people told me that it wasnt the best venue, but I loved it. And I loved how MCR even without Frank brought it. That night is up there with seeing all 5 play. And thats what people have to realise - the show will go on, and it will be rocking.

I understand disappointment - but as you said, these people need to be understanding, realistic, and step outside that disappointment to realise this is nothing big at all.
