Haha nah he said its probably better that I kept using it because it means it didnt stiffen, though he gave me a proper way of strapping it lol.
It was one of those things that the doctors would have just said "theres nothin we can do, just give it time to heal".
But yeah, I thought that was pretty funny! lol

Its the one that makes your foot be able to rotate left and right.
