there's no need to work so hard when

when n = 1 equates to the amount of work put in for n = 5
when a few sleepless / bad quality sleep nights shows to be an effect of overworking rather than, a few weeks of weekends.

it feels like shit when the boss says nononono, dont ask xx to help because he's overworked and nono, dont push everything to xx,

that's part of the working life and experience. Jia you! What can you do? is hard i know. important thing is that you must be happy, if you are not happy, maybe is time for your to leave.

for me, i am happy working because my boss recognise my effort and also, is a small company, they can see what i am doing....
