Land of the Dead kinda sucks. It had no plot, but tons of gore. Not that tons of gore is a bad thing, though, but the lack of plot made it pretty pointless. Dawn of the Dead was WAY better.

LOTD kicked Dawn's ass. Especially since Land was an actual Romero movie and Dawn was just a fucking remake.

The movie DID have a plot. Zombies inhabit the earth and people want to either get into the Green or get out onto a better life, as opposed to being slaves. The zombies and Mr. K were just obstructing their path. Boom. Plot.

Although I think Land of the Dead was amazing and will be in zombie movie classic history, it isn't yet classic-worthy. I thought that the plot was pretty apparent, it just didn't move very well.
