And no... it's actually traditionally coloured - with tempera colours. Water based, more "solid" looking than real watercolours.

Since I worked on the sketch and the outlines on different days I can't really tell... colours took 4 episodes of Castle XD I always tend to watch one disc of my Castle DVDs lately while finishing one picture XD
