I don't think of myself as an anglophile, but I seem to get more and more sucked in. This show is rather funnier than SNL, from which (I'm guessing) it took the whole new host & new musical guest every week.
Whereas I love DT, I can't stand the other three, whoever-they-ares (really, they all make my skin crawl in different ways), so couldn't appreciate the humour.
I do, however, like Stephen Fry in all his incarnations. I missed most of the episodes of Kingdom ( we were on the boat). You can get the DVD from Amazon (uk). If you have trouble sourcing it in America, I can send order it here and send it to you. (It'll be European region, though).

But my devotion for Stephen Fry is exactly that, devotion. From Blackadder to A Bit of Fry and Laurie and through Wilde. He's just special.
