I have been on a writing kick lately, i have chapters of this backed up, just waiting to be posted :D Once I get a wifi converter for my computer I will be able to post Deans again.

I think if you take out the second could forget like so; "broken ribs and the embarrassment" it will flow better. Also, I like the hint to Donoman custom about the naming ceremony

Why Antigone cut herself instead of the king is kind of a mystery to me too; I DID NOT intend for this chapter to end this way. My plan was; show Lady and baby, show King being a dick, maybe add a hint of something deeper then out of no where BAM Lady cuts her face

I think its her pride, I do see her as a very proud character, but who knows?? We all have quirks and the ability to surprise ourselves/others with actions.
I AM interested to see a different side to the king.

Ooh, I finally found the time to catch up on this (I had read an earlier chapter a while back) and I have to say I love it. Each character is so strong and distinct it always makes me wonder which one we will meet next :)
