I think we have a bunch of paper bags with handles, though for some of them the handles are twine rather than paper. I can bring them tomorrow or you can wander by this evening and grab some.

And if you need more Trader Joe's type bags, we can bring them by next week.

Awesome! (I use doubled TJs bags to collect stuff for goodwill/handmedowns, so they go away quickly.)

We have lots of kids' hangers going unused, how many do you want? I could drop off this evening, along with an unworking iPod for the e-waste.

I think I could use 20-30 kids hangers, thanks! And we'd be happy to take the iPod.

We might be interested in hand-me-down kid clothes. :)

I have both excessive numbers of hangers and safety pins, but no way to get them to you.

Heh. Amazingly people have DROPPED OFF AT MY HOUSE hangers, safety pins, and paper bags. My social network is awesome, and yes, it is worth the effort I put into it.

Hi! Long time no see! I hope you and your boys are having an awesome fall.

Picture day today. Meaning I spent 6 hours at school fixing hair for those who'd let me. Or shirt collars, ya know. Thankfully elf had his first thing (before I even got there) and mouse's class was pre-gym.

My favorite was one boy who asked if he could TAKE OFF HIS SWEATER between class and individual pictures. I reminded him his mom probably wanted to see him dressed like this, but he was over-warm (I was overwarm in a t-shirt) and so he took it off. Then he panicked and decided it needed to go back on... so there I am trying to help him - without touching him overmuch - pulling the undershirt down, keeping it tucked in, straightening the collar of the long sleeve polo shirt UNDER THE SWEATER and then pulling the sweater over the entire mess. I hope mom forgives us both!
