My girlfriend watches football. Not soccer, but real American college football. I have never dated anyone, ever, who watches football and talks to the screen as if the players can hear them. This is ... disturbing to me. Then again, I'm sure Fran has never dated anyone who can't pronounce their TH's properly (e.g. Anthony sounds like Antony)

I was at Purdue for a conference during a football weekend....*man* that was something. Total civic carnival.

Hahahaha, I mean, come on, not being able to pronounce the 'th's properly is waaay more acceptable than watching college football :)
(As a side note, Sara likes football, too, but luckily we do not have TV).
